PDAM welcomes the move by the finance minister in capping the RON95 price at RM2.05 and Biodiesel at RM2.15. This is a move which will benefit the Petroleum Retail Industry and all Malaysians alike.
PDAM also
maintains its call for the need of a floor pricing, in order for the price to not go too low. This would help create a stabilisation fund for the government in order to subsidise retail fuel when it breaches the ceiling price.
